As a recent author of two books, Living In His Presence and Secrets in His Presence, I welcome you to my website, a cozy bungalow where we’ll get to know one another through my blog. Unlike many authors, I never felt like I “had a book in me.” Instead, I had a direct mandate from God to write each book. I refer to my books as Living and Secrets.

You will glimpse at my heart and spiritual journey when you read my books. Many say that reading them feels like we’re having a meaningful conversation together at the kitchen table, so you’ll enjoy that. Most of all, you will draw closer to God as you experience the five ingredients that are necessary in order to thrive with Him. In this world of uncertainties and hardships, it’s sure a comfort to know that no matter what, we have an Advocate, One who loves in the moment to moment of our lives so that we never have to be afraid or feel alone. That’s the beauty of Living and Secrets; they usher you into the presence of God in the moment.

While you journey with me in Living and Secrets, you will learn about the failures and successes of my spiritual life through my own transparency. And you will have the freedom to be honest with yourself through opportunities for reflection, living applications, and personal ministry times. Stories about real people and their journeys will capture your heart, and you’ll feel like you know them. Both books are full of Scripture. You are in for a wonderful journey. And…truly the journey is your goal.

Denver, Colorado is my home where I live with my husband, Mike. We have two grown children. Amber is married to Jim…and Ryan is married to Michelle. Other than my relationship with Jesus Christ, my family and close friends are my life. I treasure time with them. Yes…I have had a long career and enjoy all the wonderful pleasures of life, but my relationships always come first. You will often find me cooking Italian delights and enjoying the beauty of Colorado while bike riding, hiking, or skiing in the mountains.
